Skills

AutoCAD 2018 literate including 3D. Fully versed in Amtech, Hevacomp, Relux, Dialux, National Engineering Specification tool. Basic Revit.

Ability to use most recognised Extranet document management websites (BIW/Conject, ASite, Connect, etc).

I can fully design, specify and manage installations of Transformers, Switchgear, Generators, UPS Systems, Power Factor Correction, Lighting (from domestic to display, commercial to industrial), distributed power systems (from production line to offices), Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems. I can undertake outline designs for heating/ cooling, drainage, ventilation and general heat loss/ gain calculations. I can fully coordinate all building services.

  • Hospital Projects from Wards to Operating Theatres
  • Data Centres including compliance with Tier Classifications and multiple back up systems including grid modifications.

Relevant experience/key qualifications

A degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering, coupled with extensive computer and network knowledge. Broad understanding of Mechanical/ Public Health and detailed understanding of Electrical/ Electronic systems in Buildings.

Languages: basic skills in Spanish (written and verbal self taught), intermediate French (written and verbal), basic German.
